Aneirin is named after its owner in from the South of Wales. Aneirin means very noble or golden.
Aneirin is a modern day “Whiskey Thief” (a person who performs quality control on whiskey direct from the barrel). Aneirin began experimenting with Craft Whiskey at a young age while Scottish law had substantial restrictions on craft distillers. He readily admits that his D90 was his transport vehicle (modern day prohibition) as he was growing his business carefully not to alert authorities or competitors of his plan to specialize in whiskey that was coined “Unicorn Whiskey”. His objective was to create small batches that became highly desirable and that’s exactly what he did after 34 years of dedication, hard work and never giving up. Today he has a fleet of Defenders in all sizes and he still transports his select whiskey to his most prestigious clients… except legally now.Features
