A handcrafted Helderburg 130, built in honor of my father, Paul Sr.
A Legacy Forged in Strength
Every year, on March 31st, I design something to honor my father—a man of unwavering strength, quiet wisdom, and boundless love. This year, that tribute takes the form of Dragan, a Helderburg 130 that embodies his spirit in every detail.
The name Dragan carries deep meaning, rooted in the Slavic tradition where it symbolizes something precious—an expression of value and worth. My father was exactly that: a man whose presence commanded respect, not through words, but through the way he lived. His strength, both physical and of character, shaped my own journey, and this Defender is my way of keeping his legacy alive.

A classic Defender can be approached three ways. Only one is a Helderburg.

Restoration
A faithful return to original specification. Original parts, original behavior, original limitations. It steers like an old Defender, brakes like an old Defender, rides like an old Defender. The Sunday vehicle, in the literal sense.
