Helderburg is a 2026 partner of The Boston Cup, the Northeast’s premier classic car show on historic Boston Common. We are bringing three custom classic Land Rover Defenders to the green, among the rare and concours machines the show is known for.

What a Helderburg is.

A Helderburg is a re-engineered classic Land Rover Defender. We begin with an original Defender, keep the chassis and the numbers-matching engine block, and redesign every system the vehicle relies on. Not a restoration, not a restomod. The classic Defender the original engineers would have built with today’s tools.

Each is hand built in England and commissioned for one person, not designed to appeal to others. Custom color, custom cabin, soft top or hard top, 90 or 110. You will see three at The Boston Cup. No two are ever the same.
